Stop whatever you’re doing; a new Banksy exhibition is coming to London this summer. And, it’s FREE!
Banksy, Greatest Hits: 2002 – 2008 includes some of the street artist’s most iconic images, one-off paintings and extraordinary sculptures. Look out too for limited edition prints and some of his most famous stencilled canvasses.
Taken from a number of high-profile private collections, highlights by the anonymous artist include the instantly recognisable Girl And Balloon (voted the nations’ favourite art work in 2017); the flower throwing demonstrator in Love Is In The Air (top) and the filthy pond in Show Me The Monet (above).
It’s the first chance that people in the UK have had an opportunity to view so many recognisable works in one place so, it goes without saying, it’s going to be one popular exhibition.
