Blue Woman is 20-something Amy Beager’s first art exhibition and, if you’re in east London over the weekend, we strongly recommend you pop in and take a look as it’s only on for two days.

Her pictures really caught our eye for their drama, style and colour. A former fashion designer Amy’s portraits depict female beauty and glamour. They’re mixed media pieces composed of acrylics, inks and watercolours.

She says her work is inspired by “the constant stream of images that are flashed before us on social media. They have a personal connection to feelings, identity and strength.”
