Get down to Guildhall for some FREE outdoor circus. Award-wining acrobats, Upswing will be retelling Hans Christian Andersen’s The Red Shoes using a stunning combination of death-defying stunts, aerial gymnastics, Chinese pole and dance.
Fellow all-female troupe Motionhouse will also be performing their high octane dance and acrobatic show inside a giant cage!

Go to the movies for FREE. Every Saturday in August Regent’s Place will be showing a family-friendly film as part of its Summer Cinema Season.
The selection will be screened each weekend at 3pm on the jumbo screen in the Plaza at Regent’s Place, complete with astro turf and deckchairs/ This weekend it’s the Greatest Showman. Just rock up and enjoy.

Unleash your inner geek/vintage lover/history buff/airplane enthusiast inside yourself and make straight for the FREE Croydon Airport Open Day.
There’ll be interactive displays, visual images and exhibits telling the story of the airport from a World War One airfield, vital Battle Of Britain air strip, international flight hub leading up to its closure in 1959. Fascinating fact; Croydon features the world’s oldest Air Traffic Control Tower!
