It’s the countdown to Christmas. Unless you’re of those who had everything bought and wrapped by the beginning of November (we hate you) you’ll be running round getting last minute bits or looking for mega cheap stuff to do because you’ve spent all your dosh.
Here’s the fun stuff you could get up to if it’s the latter.
Make straight for a FREE afternoon of Christmas crafts, mince piece, handmade gifts plus a Santa’s Grotto at Spitafields Farm Winter Fayre.
Kids of all ages can also meet some of the friendly farm animals and enjoy festive carols. Not baa-aaaaaad at all!

Head north for a night of chilly Christmas fun at Fromage On Ice at Alexandra Palace Ice Rink.
Skate round Ally Pally rink listening to all your festive faves including Wham, Band Aid, Mariah Carey and East 17. There’ll be a rink-side bar for when you feel parched plus Santa-y prizes to give away. And did we mention fancy dress is actively encouraged!

Get down for a whacky day of fun and equine frolics at the hilarious London Pantomime Horse Race.
There’ll be dozens of costumed nags taking part, many dressed as Film & TV characters. Each horsey must negotiate the obstacle course to win the quarter-mile street race.
There’ll be a build up party with X Factor’s Honey G, a Taylor Swift Tribute act and live dance displays too. All FREE.

Treasure hunters must scour the great cabin, the hold and across the whopping great galleon for clues to find the loot. There’s plenty of prizes to be won for the brave hunters.
