This week’s Skint Weekend is sponsored by new London cab app, Kapten

Temperatures might have dropped a bit, but The Ashes is on, BBQs are being fired up and pub gardens are full so we’re not complaining.

Sunday’s Southbank day out will kick off with a procession from youth organisation Kinetika Bloco plus there’ll be a chance to see 11-piece ensemble Dat Brass. Oh and why not learn some new moves from Swing Patrol then put your new skills to the test at a dance battle!

Staying on the River, get set for a family friendly FREE festival combining music, yoga, dance and DJs. The National Theatre’s River Stage Festival Weekend is celebrating with a final party weekender to close the 2019 festival.

Highlights on the specially built stage include tunes from Mrs H and the Sing-Along Band (pictured above) a live set from Tottenham’s Empire Sounds, Some Voices choir and a gratis Sunday lunchtime yoga class.
